It's Time to Play by the Rules

Download Instructions:

1) Above you will see video player programs: “Quicktime,” “Windows Media” and “Real Player.” Below each of those are resolutions of low to high. The higher the resolution is the larger the file and, thus, the slower the download. Below the video player program you want to use, right click on the resolution you want.

2) A drop menu will open up. Find “Save target as” and left click on it.

3) A “Save As” menu will open. Make sure you save the file somewhere where you can find it after it downloads. The safest place would be in “Desktop.” Left click on “Save” and the file will download.

4) You can now go to the file, double click it and the video will begin.
