William R. Waterkotte Memorial Scholarship Awarded
Matthew Ryan Armold
5 Applications were reviewed and evaluated by the Dean of Occupational
Technologies at Community College of Allegheny County. The 2005 William
Waterkotte Scholarship winner is Matthew Armold, attending Penn State University in the field of Engineering. Mr. Armold will be receiving his first installment of the William Waterkotte Scholarship Fund at the October Quarterly Regional Council Meeting. Matt is theson of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Schrumm, member of Local Union 214
