Wage rates vary by employer based on the employer's membership in a collective bargaining agreement, such as the Master Builders Association, NEPCA, Keystone Contractors Association and Erie Construction Council.

Rates are based on a specific craft such as Carpentry, Millwrights, Pile Drivers, Heavy Highway, etc.
