Our charge and our
message are simple!

As the Greater PA Regional Council of Carpenters continues to move forward,
we ALL need to harness and focus our collective energy in one direction –
"More Man Hours" for all Carpenters!

We all know that there are many forces pushing against us:

• Our battles on the political front
• Federal Davis Bacon Wage Surveys
• State prevailing wage reform legislation
• Uncertain economic climate
• Dynamic fluctuations in our stock markets and global economy
  
• Our own jobsite jurisdictional battles

We must all work together to overcome!

We will gain "more man hours" by controlling what we, the Greater PA Regional Council of Carpenters, do.We must continue to organize, educate and train every carpenter to be the best they can be each and every day, so that we, "The Carpenters", are the trade of choice for all owners, developers and users in the
construction industry!

We compete every day to assure our customers and contractors that we do not take them for granted!

By taking "control" of our own destiny and by competing "every day" with a positive attitude and delivering our top performance, as the "trade of choice", we will survive all those forces pushing against our union. We control our Destiny!
