LU645 - Scranton volunteered their time and talent to build a ramp for Joe and Marlene Kulesa. Joe is in a wheel chair due to Kidney Dialysis and could not live at home. State Senator Robert Mellow asked the local to get involved and with donated materials, the project was completed in a day and a half.
