2011 Contest and Open House

Our new training center played host to a grand display of skill, expertise and determination. Fourth year apprentices along with industry partners proved once again that the future of the Greater PA Carpenters will be in good hands. Not only good hands but good minds are exactly what was seen on Friday, May 13th when the 2011 Contest kicked off. Competition and pride were the order of the day.

The day was filled with positive energy and true professionalism delivered by our diligent apprentices and dedicated instructors, along with help by council reps guiding and answering questions. More than one thousand guests were given the opportunity to see what it means to be a Proud Union Carpenter.
